Mikael is an independent Digital Transformation consultant with a strong technical background. He has been involved in large transformation projects in EMEA and has spearheaded innovation initiatives at some of the largest companies in the world. His business acumen and technical background allow him to manage projects and people efficiently, understanding the tools and the cultural environment of each company and team he has worked with.

Mikael also takes on Fractional CTO roles for startups and SMBs in which he enjoys the human scale of operation and the hands on experience he is able to accumulate while building products from scratch or helping other companies build up their team.

Additionally, Mikael owns a Software Development company active mostly in Spain and Switzerland although opening recently new activities in Morocco.
